🚗The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our finance operations by processing supplier invoices, managing payment cycles, and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. This is a great opportunity for someone with little experience but strong motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced international environment.

🔑Key responsibilities

• Process and validate supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support the preparation of payment runs and monitor payment schedules.
• Assist in monthly closing tasks and reconciliation of accounts.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and local regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to resolve discrepancies.

🎯What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
  Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Familiarity with SAP.

• Financial Analysis and financial reporting

• Mexican financial policies and accounting regulations

• English proficiency required.
