🚗The Role

Are you looking to grow your career in finance within the automotive industry? We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team! This role is key to managing and analyzing a company’s accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collection of payments. Help on Banks transactions and reconciliation.


🔑Key responsibilities

  • Manual upload for treasury payment.
  • Correct aplication for invoices to collect and to pay.
  • Journal entrys in SAP for AR and Treasury.
  • Invoice for Company cars.
  • Processing payments and refunds.
  • Providing customer service regarding collection issues and resolving client discrepancies.
  • Reporting on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
  • Regularly reviewing accounts to identify overdue invoices and discrepancies.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in accounts receivable processes to enhance efficiency and reduce days sales outstanding.
  • Preparing regular reports on accounts receivable status, collection forecasts, and aging reports for management.


🎯What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor degree in finance or administratives areas.
  • At least 1 year of xperience in Collections (experience in automotive industry is preferred).
  • Experience in monitoring and controlling collection in high volume.
  • Proficient in using financial software and office software.
  • Strong learning ability and work initiative.
  • Fluent English.
